Do you offer warranty?

All products sold on FragranceDealsmart are brand new and genuine, backed by manufacturer's warranty as applicable.

I am having ordering difficulties.

My order was declined.

When CREDIT CARD was declined" appears while processing an order, it means that your credit card issuer/bank has declined the transaction. 

Usually, a quick call to your card issuer/bank will clear this up.

Please note that all orders are reviewed by FragranceDealsmart and a very small percentage of them are declined if inconsistencies are identified by our system. If this is the case, you will receive an email from FragranceDealsmart informing you that your order was declined. If you wish to place your order again, you may do so. Please be sure to include your full name, correct address and a phone number where you can be reached in the event that we need to reach you in order to verify the order.

I did not receive my confirmation email/receipt email.

Provider: sometimes they will hold more than one transaction in Pending status, especially if it took a few tries to complete the transaction. If there is more than one transaction in “Settled”  status, please fax your credit card statement or other written confirmation to us at +1 (647) 893-7868 and we will gladly review the situation.

How does return policy work?

FragranceDealsmart accepts returns within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for 30 days of issue date and can be obtained by emailing returns@FragranceDeals.ca RMA numbers must be displayed clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Do not write on or mark the product box itself or use the product box as a shipping box as doing so is considered defacing the product rendering it unsellable and the return will be refused.
